Wellbeing of our guests and personnel is highly important. Our team members are being trained to follow and carry out COVID-19 guidelines provided by health authorities.

Coronavirus update 4.1.2022

Current recommendations and restrictions in Eerikkilä

  1. Restrictions on our restaurant an cafes -> Until 18 January
  • Restaurant is open until 20.00 and alcohol may be served between until 17.00.
    The number of customer seats is restricted to 75% of normal capacity
  • A COVID passport is required to the restaurant (if you are 16 years or older).
  • Please note that when presenting your COVID passport you must also be prepared to prove your identity.
  1. Organising events indoors is only possible for at most 10 participants and outdoors (including football hall and training hall) most 50 participants -> Until 23 January
    • COVID-19 passport can’t be introduced as an alternative for corona restrictions in public meetings (until 20 Jan)
  1. Indoor sport facilities and saunas are closed -> Until 12 January
    • COVID-19 passport can’t be introduced as an alternative for corona restrictions in public meetings (until 20 Jan)
  1. However, the facilities are open
    • for those born in 2004 and later
    • for professional sport
    • for statutory rehabilitation
    • facilities can also be booked for private and family events

Please follow these guidelines to make everyones visit and our staff working conditions safe:

  • Please note that there is an allowance for max 10 persons to visit at a time at reception
  • When entering our premises always wear mask in all indoor spaces (if you are 12 years or older).
  • Maintain good hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
  • Keep a distance of at least 2 metres from others.
  • Avoid unnecessary staying in reception and in cafeteria (lobby).
  • We prefer payment with bank card and contactless payment.
  • We also recommend our quests to use an antigen home tests before their arrival and every day during their stay in Eerikkilä. Guests have to pay their own tests and we can’t quarantee availability for tests in Eerikkilä.
  • Visit us only healthy. If you have flu or feel otherwise weak, stay home.
  • If you suspect you may become ill during your visit, stay in your room and report it to our reception immediately.

Our team members are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines.

We have considerably limited the number of people visiting the area at one time. We take into account the official guidelines for restaurants when arranging meals.

Please note that we have opened our services limitedly and in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities.  Please check open services and opening hours at our reception.
