The Huuhkaja and Helmaripolku provides a game-centred peer learning platform to support player development. It is organised by the Finnish Football Association together with Eerikkilä.
The Huuhkaja and Helmaripolku is aimed at players aged 10-15 and their coaches.
The direction of the Pathway has been clarified during spring 2023 in cooperation with the clubs.
The electronic learning environment MyE.Way enables a time- and place-independent learning process, in which information and ideas are also exchanged outside of contact training. The theoretical part of the training is studied in an e-learning environment, in which case the contact training can focus on high-quality practical implementation on the football field. MyE.Way enables efficient collaboration between players, coaches and directors of coaching regardless of time and place.
