Master Ekkono course (120 h) is specifically designed for U13-U18 age group coaches, coaching managers and head of coaches. First three blocks of the course are held Online, and the last one in Eerikkilä Sport & Outdoor Resort. After completing the course you will receive 15 h of updating education hours for UEFA A licence and 10 h for UEFA PRO licence.

The course deeply covers players individual fundamentals per position. After completing the course you can analyse the game more deeply and lead the training sessions in way that it helps players to understand the game more.
Calendar and contents
During the education we will go through Individual Fundamentals per Position. Furthermore, we strengthen our knowledge on training methodology f.e. becoming an expert designing training tasks for specialization stage.

Block 1: 18.-20.3.2025, Eerikkilä
- Introduction to the Individual Fundamentals per Position.
- Training Methodology: Become an expert designing training tasks for specialization stage (U14-U19).
- Defensive & Offensive Individual Fundamentals per Position: Center back’s Fundamentals.
Block 2: 9.-12.6.2025, Eerikkilä
- Training Methodology: Become an expert leading training tasks at specialization stage (U14-U19).
- Defensive & Offensive Individual Fundamentals per Position: Fullbacks and Midfielder’s Fundamentals
Block 3: 3.-5.9.2025, Eerikkilä
- Defensive & Offensive Individual Fundamentals per Position: Advanced Midfielder’s Fundamentals.
Block 4: 7.-10.11.2025, Barcelona
- Defensive & Offensive Individual Fundamentals per Position: Striker and Winger’s Fundamentals.
- On live Scouting activity.
- While in Barcelona, we will visit Girona F.C.’s youth team training sessions and receive a masterclass from their staff. Additionally, we’ll visit training sessions at other local clubs, have the opportunity to watch top youth matches (FC Barcelona, Espanyol and Damm.) and attend LaLiga match.
In addition, all blocks will include different types of assignment works, on field training practices lead by Ekkono Licensed Coach and the participants in the course, scouting activities and homework to guarantee the best understanding of all explanations.
Price is 2.690€ / participant, including education and full board at Eerikkilä. Please note that price does not include block 4: Additional costs will be the travel expenses to Barcelona, accommodation and food costs.
