Eerikkilä has successfully renewed its Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label, recognizing the organization’s long-term commitment to sustainable tourism.
As part of the renewal process, Eerikkilä received positive feedback for its concrete sustainability initiatives and continuous development efforts.
During the past year, sustainability work has progressed under the guidance of both the Green Key certification and the STF programme.
Improvements have been made in environmental responsibility as well as employee wellbeing. Special recognition was given to the establishment of a dedicated wellbeing working group and the increased opportunities for staff to connect and collaborate.
The Sustainable Travel Finland programme encourages tourism businesses to develop their operations responsibly and report on their progress annually. Eerikkilä will continue its work towards more sustainable tourism throughout the new certification period.
Eerikkilä’s Sustainable Travel Finland label is valid until 6 August 2027.
