Eerikkilän yhteistyössä Kansainvälisen Salibandyliiton IFF:n kanssa järjestämässä World Floorball Summitissa 20. marraskuuta keskustellaan näistä ja monista muista ajankohtaisista aiheista salibandyn ympärillä.
Tapahtuman juontajana toimii Oskari Saari ja tilaisuuden avaa Eerikkilän toimitusjohtaja Petri Jakonen. Hänen jälkeensä puheenvuoron saavat kansainvälisen salibandyliiton IFF:n pääsihteeri John Liljelund, Angry Birds -peleistäkin tunnettu salibandyvaikuttaja Peter Vesterbacka sekä Suomen Salibandyliiton toiminnanjohtaja Pekka Ilmivalta.

Sami Kalaja – Learning and developing skills in floorball
Perception, decision making and action are the key elements of floorball performance. In the presentation is discussed how these elements could be trained in floorball context.
Miikka Palvalin – Key elements in floorball game analysis
The presentation will give an interesting insight to the key elements of floorball game analysis. While the presentation shows some interesting numbers from a game analysis, it also shows that the game analysis is much more than just numbers. The presentation offers practical examples which can be applied for different levels of floorball and opens up things to reflect for everyone.
Mikko Pohjola – Holistic floorball coaching
Success in floorball is generated by great teamwork, skillful and fit players as well as good coaching. This requires knowledge e.g. about the development of the game, strengths and weaknesses of the players and teams, effective training methods, and players’ responsiveness to different types of training. Holistic floorball coaching approaches player development with continuous follow-up of game performance, trainability and life skills characteristics. A well functioning knowledge service is necessary in order to facilitate smooth data collection, analysis and integration as well as distribution of information to users in usable forms. A standardized knowledge service allows shifting the focus from working with data into making knowledge-based coaching decisions and tracking their effectiveness in terms of player and game improvement.
Ensimmäistä kertaa järjestettävän World Floorball Summitin tavoitteena on luoda kansainväliselle lajiyhteisölle ympäristö, jossa keskustellaan salibandyn kehityksestä sekä valmennuksen ajankohtaisista suuntauksista.
Tapahtuma järjestetään tänä vuonna verkossa ja se on avoin ja maksuton koko salibandy-yhteisölle. Tapahtuma on kansainvälinen ja puheenvuorot pidetään englanniksi. Voit ilmoittautua mukaan tapahtumaan täältä.
