Directors of coaches will learn the most important elements to steer their club into the right direction to improve the structure and processes within the club.
This includes ideas as how to create a methodology department inside the club, how to organize the content program for the different age groups within the club, and also how to generate debates inside the club in order to help the coaches to work in the same direction and synergize their efforts.
Education is useful for directors of coaching but also, for instance, for coaches who are in charge of the whole age group. The education will be held only online.
