Siisteyttä koskevissa asioissa voit olla yhteydessä vastaanottoon. Pyrimme toimimaan vastuullisesti vähentämällä pyykin määrää ja sitä kautta ympäristön rasitusta. Tästä syystä pyyhkeitä ja lakanoita ei vaihdeta kesken vierailusi. Maksullista välisiivousta sekä lisämaksullisia pyyhkeitä voit tiedustella vastaanotosta. Voit lajitella roskasi jätepisteellä (kartassa ulkoliikunta-alueen vieressä). Pantilliset pullot voit kierrättää Cafe Erikistä ja hotellikäytäviltä sijaitsevissa kierrätyspisteissä. Paristot voit jättää vastaanottoon, kierrätämme ne puolestasi.
We kindly ask you to contact our reception regarding all matters related to our resort’s tidiness. Our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. To help fulfil our goal we will try to reduce the amount of laundry during your stay. Due to this reason, we will not change your bed sheets or towels during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be flufilled against a fee. In need of additional cleaning services please contact our reception. For waste, our recycling point is located next to Padel court. Also there is recycling bins at the mainbuilding, close to reception and in the hotel corridors. You can recycle the pledged bottles at Cafe Erik’s and in the corridors recycling points of the hotel. Batteries you can leave at the reception, we recycle them for you.

Tutustu ympäristöön ja evakuointikarttaan majoitustilan ovessa. Selvitä missä on lähin poistumistie ja missä kokoontumisalue sijaitsee. Katso myös hälytysnapin ja palosammuttimen sijainnit. Palohäytyksen sattuessa siirry kokoontumispaikalle, joka sijaitsee Frenckell-rakennuksen takana olevalla pysäköintialueella (P1).
Tupakointi kaikissa tiloissamme on ehdottomasti kielletty. Noudattamatta jättämisestä veloitamme haitasta aiheutuneet kustannukset.
Virheellisestä asiakkaan aiheuttamasta palohälytyksestä perimme pelastuslaitoksen veloittaman maksun 710€.
Make sure to study the evacuation map in your room. Be aware of your nearest safety exit and your safety area in case of emergency. Also look up the location of your nearest fire extinguisher and emergency button. In case of fire alarm proceed to the communal safety area which is located in Frenckell’s parking lot (P1).
Smoking is prohibited in all of our properties. In case of breaking the rule, we will charge according to the damage caused.
For falsely causing a fire alert we are obliged to charge the amount (710€) invoiced by the rescue department.

Ulko-oven vieressä olevan pääkytkimen tulee olla kotona/on asennossa, jotta valot syttyvät.
For turning the lights on, the main switch next to the front door must be in the “at home/on” position.
JUOMAKAAPPI / DRINK COOLER
Huviloissamme on juomakaapit, jotka on käytettävissänne veloitusta vastaan. Avaimen ja kulutuslomakkeen kaappiin sait saapuessasi tai voit noutaa sen vierailusi aikana vastaanotosta. Täyden kaapin tuotteiden määrät löytyvät lomakkeelta, jotta voit helposti laskea menekin vierailusi päätteeksi. Lukitse kaappi ja palauta kulutuslomake sekä avain vastaanottoon uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä.
Our villas are equipped with drink coolers. Drinks are available for your use at a charge. The key and the consumption form for the cooler are given to you on arrival or you can collect them from reception during your stay. The quantities of products in the full cooler can be found on the form so that you can easily calculate your expenditure at the end of your stay. Lock the door and return the consumption form and key to reception at check-out.
LIESI / KITCHEN STOVE
Keittotaso kytketään päälle ja sammutetaan virtapainikkeesta. Levyn lämpötilaa voi säätää säätöpalkista (0-14). Takimmaisen keittolevyn kokoa voi säätää ympyrä-painikkeella. Lapsilukon voi asettaa päälle ja poistaa painamalla lukko-painiketta neljän sekunnin ajan.
The stovetop can be switched on and off with the on/off button. You can adjust the temperature of the burner with adjustment bar (0-14). The size of the heating area of the back burner can be changed with the circle button. you can activate and deactivate the childproof lock by pressing and holding the lock button for four seconds.

Alueella langaton ja maksuton verkkoyhteys: E_Visitor. Erillistä salasanaa ei tarvita verkon käyttöön.
The area has a free Wi-Fi connection: E_Visitor. No separate password is needed for usingthe network.
KAIUTIN / LOUDSPEAKER
Virta kytketään päälle painamalla connect-painiketta. Aseta laitteesi bluetooth päälle ja kun yhteys on löytynyt, voit laittaa haluamasi musiikin soimaan laitteestasi. Säädä äänenvoimakkuutta kaiuttimesta.
You can turn the loudspeaker on by pressing the connect button. Turn on the Bluetooth connection on your device. After the connection has been established, you can start palying muisc on your device. The volume controls can be found on the loudspeaker.
SAUNA (VAIN HUVILOISSA) / SAUNA (ONLY IN VILLAS)
Saunan voit kytkeä päälle kylpyhuoneen oven vierestä löytyvistä painikkeista. Saunan ajastus: Paina virtanäppäintä, aseta ajastus +/- -näppäimillä ja paina ok. Aseta haluttu lämpötila +/- -näppäimillä ja paina ok. Aseta aika kauanko haluat kiukaan olevan päällä.
You can switch on the sauna on nex to the bathroom door. Sauna timing: press the power button, set the timing with the +/- buttons and press ok. Press the +/- keys to set the desired temperature and press ok. Set the time for how long you want the heater to be on.
TERASSIN LIUKUOVI (HUVILAT) / PATIO SLIDING DOOR (VILLAS)
Avaa ovi nostamalla kahva vaakatasoon ja liuúta ovi auki. Sulje ovi kääntämällä kahva alas niin ovi lukittuu.
To open the door, lift the handle horizontally and slide the door open. Close the door by turning the handle down to lock the door.
PYYKKIKONE JA KUIVAUSRUMPU (HUVILAT) / LOUNDRY MACHINE AND DRYER (VILLAS)
Avaa sulkuhana pöytätason luota. Virran sää päälle painamalla pitkään virtapainiketta. Valitse ohjelma kiertämällä rullaa. Käynnistä kone play-painikkeesta. Sulje hana pesun jälkeen. Kuivausrummun virran sää päälle painamalla pitkään virtapainiketta. Valitse ohjelma kiertämällä rullaa. Kuivauksen jälkeen tyhjennä sihti.
Open pen the washing machine faucet next to tabletop. Turn on the power by pressing and holding the power button. Select the programme by turning the dial. Press the play button to start the machine. Close the tap after washing.
Turn on the power to the tumble dryer by pressing and holding the power button. Select the programme by turning the dial. After drying, empty the dust filter.

ASTIANPESUKONE / DISHWASHER
Avaa tiskikoneen hana keittiön vesihanan yhteydestä.
Paina virtapainiketta ja valitse pesuohjelma P-program painikkeella.
Sulje luukku, niin kone käynnistyy.
Käytön jälkeen muista aina sulkea hana.
Turn the dishwasher tap on (can be found next to the kitchen’s water tap).
Press the on/off button and select the programme with the P-program button.
Close the door to turn the dishwasher on and after use, always turn the tap off after use.
MIKROAALTOUUNI / MICROWAVE OVEN

Open the door by pressing the opening button in the lower part of the front panel.

Käyttö mahdollista vain huoneiston viilentämiseen kesäkaudella.

TAKKA (vain huviloissa) / FIREPLACE (only in Villas)
Yksi kantokopallinen puita sisältyy huvilamajoituksen hintaan. Lisäpuita voi tiedustella vastaanotosta.
Avaa pelti vetämällä hormissa oleva vipu itseesi päin (vain sisätakassa, ulkotakassa ei ole vipua). Aseta puut vaakasuorassa ilmavasti ja limittäin tulipesän pohjalle ja sytytä. Varmista että hiillos on kokonaan sammunut ennen kuin suljet hormin luukun. Huomioithan että liika savu voi laukaista palohälyttimen. Hälytin sammuu vasta kun liika savu on saatu poistettua. Läpituuleta avaamalla terassin ovi sekä ulko-ovi.
One basket of logs is included in the price of the villa accommodation. Additional logs can be requested at reception.
Open the damper by pulling the lever on the chimney towards you (only for the indoor fireplace, there is no lever for the outer fireplace). Place the wood horizontally, airy and overlapping, at the bottom of the fireplace and light the fire. Make sure the chargoals are completely extinguished before closing the chimney. Please note that too much smoke can set off the fire alarm. The alarm will only go off once the excessive smoke has been removed. To vent, open the patio door and the external door.

Huomiothan, että kadonneista tai rikkoutuneista tavaroista asiakas on korvausvelvollinen. Ole hyvä ja ilmoita vahingosta vastaanottoon. Korvaushinnasto on saatavilla vastaanotosta. Majoittumisen jälkeen havaitut vahingot laskutamme asiakkaalta jälkikäteen.
Please note that the customer is liable for compensation for lost or damaged goods. Please report the damage to the reception. A list of replacement prices is available at reception. Any damage discovered after the stay will be charged to the client afterwards.

Make sure you don’t leave rubbish behind wherever you go. You can recycle your trash at out recycle point (On the map next to our outdoor games zone). Depositable bottles can be left on your room table. Please leave your batteries at our reception desk. We will recycle them for you!

Save water when you can. Please close the tap while brushing your teeth and applying soap. Tap water in Finland is known for its purity, so you can drink it instead of bottled water.
